Betty Boop Slippers

Waking up every morning to Betty Boop—a likely fantasy of more than one Betty Boop fan, for sure. Well, the actual Betty Boop can’t be there for you. But you can get up every morning and be greeted by a pair of Betty Boop slippers.

Such slippers are found in many of her fans’ wardrobes and get high reviews from the wearers. Look around and you’ll find such wares as the red slip-on slippers that are comfortably fuzzy inside and adorned with Boop art outside. Specifically, each slipper’s heel shows a tag with Betty Boop’s “signature” in cursive writing. And at the toe is a prominent picture of Betty, with one eye winking, embroidered into the slipper’s fabric. So with these, you see Betty and her name every time you look down.

This particular pair of Betty Boop slippers is also available in black. The black version’s Betty is a little different, though. It’s a plastic heart shape, also embroidered into the slipper near the toe. Within the heart is a picture of Betty from her waist up.

Another pair of red plush Betty Boop slippers is decorated inside and out. A head-to-toe image of Betty in the Marilyn Monroe flying dress pose begins with Betty’s head near the toe of the slipper. The image stops at her waist level at the slipper’s halfway point. It continues inside the slipper, with Betty’s feet just bordering the inner heel. Next to her feet is a black heart with the name “Betty Boop” at its centre. The slipper is made with comfortable polyester foam padding and skid-resistant soles that provide firm traction.

This halfway-outside, halfway-inside Betty image also decorates a pair of plush white slippers. These ones are pure cotton and every bit as comfortable as the other ones above. Their Betty, though, doesn’t look quite so comfy. She’s got Pudgy biting at the back hem of her red dress and pulling her backwards. These slippers are also skid-resistant thanks to their terrycloth scuff bottom soles.

Many other very familiar Betty poses are on other slippers. Betty with one leg kicking into the air decorates a pair of soft pink plush slippers that sport rubber bottoms. Betty astride a motorcycle is the decorative art on a very colourful pair of red, black, and silver slippers that sport foam bases for comfy fit. Betty inside a giant pink heart graces the tops of a black slipper pair.
